Job summary

Körber Pharma in North Carolina is hiring a Warehouse Associate to perform cycle counts, reorder stock, pull and distribute inventory, and organize storage areas. You'll handle receiving and shipping tasks, compare parts to shipping documents, unpack and inspect goods, file daily receiving entries, and ensure proper bin locations and safe transport.

• Forklift certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling parts.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills for inventory control.
• Ability to operate forklift to move materials.
• Knowledge of part numbers and part usage.
• Ability to read and interpret prints for mechanical assembly.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform and report cycle counts for designated areas to manage inventory.
• Reorder stock items as needed.
• Pull and distribute inventory.
• Organize inventory areas.
• Prepare detailed lists of purchased parts to be returned to vendor.
• Compare parts for accuracy against shipping documents during receiving.
• Unpack, count, examine, and label incoming goods.
• Inspect and reject damaged items; record shortages or errors and contact relevant personnel.
• Place items in proper bin locations and ensure safe transport and storage.
• Complete daily receiving entries in the computer system.
• Assist others in tracking received purchased parts.
• Handle customs clearance as needed.
• Understand lead times and manage shipping requirements.
• Complete customs documentation for international shipments.
• Ensure items are delivered on time and with proper shipping documents.
• Load/unload items from trucks and use appropriate packing materials.
