Job summary

Körber Pharma is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support inventory control, receiving, and shipping operations. You will perform cycle counts, organize stock, and ensure accurate bin placement while handling incoming and outgoing shipments.

The role requires attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to operate a forklift. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license with a clean record are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate forklift and use basic hand/power tools.
• Familiarity with reading part numbers and usage.
• Basic computer literacy (MS-Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform and report cycle counts for designated areas to manage inventory.
• Reorder stock items as needed.
• Pull and distribute inventory.
• Organize inventory areas.
• Prepare detail lists of purchased parts for vendor return.
• Unpack, inspect, and label incoming goods.
• Verify parts against shipping documents for incoming shipments.
• Place items in correct bin locations and ensure safe storage.
• Process daily receiving entries in the computer system.
• Support tracking of received parts and assist with customs documentation.
