J. R. COL E INDUSTRIES is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate for the Carton Division in Charlotte, NC.

The role ensures accurate receiving, barcoding, storage, and delivery of raw materials, while maintaining smooth material flow from receipt to production. Forklift operation and strict safety adherence are required. Candidates should read, write, and perform basic math at a high school level, with basic computer skills for inventory entry and barcode scanning.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing. Basic math skills are required.
• Basic computer skills for inventory entry, barcode scanning, and data verification.
• Forklift safety knowledge and ability to operate equipment safely.
• Strong organizational skills to keep inventory orderly and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Inspection: Verify shipments against PO, inspect materials for damage or defects, apply barcodes for tracking, and check in miscellaneous goods.
• Inventory Management: Move materials using the system, maintain organized storage, label and rotate stock, ensure cleanliness and safety, weigh and prep dies for outgoing shipments.
• Production Support: Deliver materials to presses per schedule, liaise with operators and supervisors, assist with returns and adjustments.
• General Responsibilities: Maintain clean work area, follow QA procedures, perform duties as assigned, and be able to work overtime.
