Job summary

Körber Pharma Packaging AG is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate in Apex, NC to manage inventory, perform cycle counts, and handle receiving and shipping tasks. You will reorder stock, organize storage areas, and ensure accurate documentation for international shipments.

Responsibilities include counting, labeling, packing, and coordinating with carriers; forklift operation and adherence to safety protocols are essential. Valid driver's license and MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift operation is preferred; certification is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate forklift to move and convey materials.
• Good working knowledge of part numbers and part usage.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Comfort with reading prints for assembly of hardware/parts.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform and report cycle counts for designated areas to manage inventory.
• Reorder stock items as needed and pull/distribute inventory.
• Organize inventory areas and create detail lists for returns to vendors.
• Compare incoming parts with shipping documents and inspect for damage.
• Unpack, count, label, and stock received goods; place items in proper bin locations.
• Operate equipment for safe transport and storage of materials; complete daily receiving entries.
• Track received parts and assist with customs clearance as needed.
• Understand lead times and complete customs documentation for international shipments.
• Load and unload items; ensure shipping documents are accurate and materials are packed for delivery.
