Job summary

Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. in Kansas City, KS, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Inventory Control to lead the team responsible for cycle counts, stock locations, inventory research, and accuracy initiatives.

You will coordinate daily priorities, monitor results, and partner with warehouse leaders and other departments to improve inventory performance. This role focuses on supervising cycle counts, ensuring accurate locations, resolving discrepancies, and driving improvements across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of supervisory warehouse experience.
• Experience with cycle counts and stock-location management.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze inventory data and drive improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/WMS experience preferred.
• Flexible to overtime or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead team hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development.
• Set daily priorities and monitor inventory accuracy, productivity, and KPIs; report results to management.
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, location maintenance, and discrepancy research.
• Research variances, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective action.
• Maintain accurate product and bin locations; address overstock or damaged items.
• Implement process improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs.
• Promote safety through training and routine checks; ensure policy compliance.
• Partner with receiving, shipping, fulfillment, purchasing, and other teams to support product availability.
