Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supervisor - Inventory Control in Kansas City, KS. You will lead the team responsible for cycle counts, stock locations, inventory accuracy, and research variances to improve product availability and distribution performance.

You will set daily priorities, monitor KPIs, and partner with receiving, shipping, and other teams to drive cost reductions, safety, and process improvements in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of combined warehouse experience
• Experience in warehouse inventory control, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and stock-location management
• Previous supervisory or team-leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to analyze inventory data and implement improvements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; WMS or ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead team hiring, onboarding, scheduling, training, and development
• Set daily priorities, monitor inventory accuracy and KPIs, report results to management
• Coordinate cycle counts, audits, location maintenance, receiving verification, and discrepancy research
• Research variances, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective action
• Maintain accurate product and bin locations, address overstock and damaged inventory
• Promote safety culture with training and routine safety checks; ensure policy compliance
