Job summary

Northwest Independent School District is seeking a Distribution Center Bond Inventory Clerk to support the Planning department in Fort Worth. The role requires processing shipments, data entry, and accurate inventory management with frequent heavy lifting.

The position reports to the Director of Planning and participates in warehouse duties across multiple campuses with a 235 duty day schedule and a salary range of $35,250 to $48,522.80 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (Preferred).
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal).
• Proficient keyboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify shipments against Purchase Orders and Invoices.
• Scan, data entry, and organize orders in Inventory Management system.
• Sort and prepare boxes for distribution to campuses; heavy lifting is required.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory and maintain records.
• Operate safety equipment and follow safety procedures; 75% of duties involve lifting 45+ pounds.
