Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Clerk in Port Deposit, Maryland to support inventory accuracy in a safe, organized warehouse. Earn weekly pay with full benefits and opportunities to advance within a team-focused environment.

The role emphasizes cycle counts, audits, and collaboration with supervisors to maintain GMP-compliant inventory control and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of warehouse experience.
• Ability to build professional relationships across the organization.
• Manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changes.
• Read location, date and product codes; work independently or in a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic arithmetic.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to supervisors and hourly staff for inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Warehouse Problem Solver / Driver Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $21.50 per hour
• Overtime Pay $32.25 per hour
• Schedule: First Shift Sunday - Tuesday 6:30 am - 6:15 pm, every other Wednesday 6:30 am - 6:15 pm

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience
• Ability to
• Create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments
• Recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, division and multiplication) (beginner level)
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Safety Sensitive Position, Non-Regulated Tech - Depending on location, may be required to operate and be equipment certified

• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Perform other duties as assigned
