Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in Hagerstown, Maryland is hiring a Cycle Counter Inventory Clerk. You will support cycle counting, auditing, and stock control to maintain accurate inventories and assist the warehouse team.

Responsibilities include audits of shipments, floor support for supervisors, and resolving discrepancies while upholding GMPs and safety. Eligible for paid training, weekly pay, and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) experience preferred.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and associates on inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ryder is hiring a Cycle Counter Inventory Clerk in Hagerstown, Maryland — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.00 per hour


• Additional Pay: $1.50 per hour when assigned to third shift


• Sign-on bonus: $500 bonus paid in two installments (50% after 30 days, 50% after 90 days)


• Schedule: Third Shift (D) Thursday-Saturday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, every other Wednesday 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred


• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred


• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred


• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred


• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified


• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)

Responsibilities

• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.


• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.


• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands


• Performs other duties as assigned.
