Equiliem is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate in St. Paul, MN to handle material movements, inventory control, and order preparation. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, labeling, and shipping, along with maintaining inventory records and supporting safety and quality programs. This is a day shift with a pay rate of $24.50 per hour.

Qualifications

Job Summary

The Warehouse & Inventory Associate performs material handling, inventory control, and shipping activities to ensure materials are accurately stored, orders are prepared correctly, and inventory is available to required areas in a timely manner. The role requires attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to safely handle materials in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities may also include shipping and receiving activities as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive materials and accurately store them in designated warehouse locations.


• Prepare orders for shipment to customer sites according to established procedures.


• Label and meter packages using applicable freight and shipping systems.


• Process orders and inventory transactions using the applicable ERP system.


• Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory control activities.


• Complete daily warehouse preparations for the following day's distribution activities.


• Support shipping and receiving activities as needed.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.


• Follow applicable quality, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.


• Support divisional initiatives and management priorities related to warehouse operations and quality management systems.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.


• Basic computer skills.


• Ability to accurately follow warehouse, inventory, and shipping procedures.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory and order information.


• Ability to work safely and effectively in a warehouse environment.


• Ability to perform material handling, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related tasks.
