Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments and organize inventory.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute equipment and materials to operations and logistics teams.
  • Prepare outbound shipments with accurate quantities, packaging, and labeling.
  • Perform cycle counts and asset tracking using inventory systems.
  • Communicate shortages and discrepancies to cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and follow safety procedures.

Our client is a fast-growing artificial intelligence data center company building the infrastructure that powers the next generation of AI. As the company scales rapidly, its warehouse and logistics operations play a critical role in ensuring equipment, materials, and technical assets are available when and where they are needed.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This role will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, tracking, and distributing critical equipment and materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team supporting the growth of advanced AI data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
  • Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute equipment and materials to operations, engineering, and logistics teams.
  • Prepare outbound shipments, verifying quantities, packaging, labels, and documentation.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, stock replenishment, and asset tracking.
  • Use barcode scanners, inventory systems, and warehouse management tools to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with packaging, returns, damaged materials, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety procedures, material-handling requirements, and warehouse best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate material shortages, inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and other concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure materials are available to support ongoing data center operations.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, data center, or similar operational environment.
  • Experience operating a forklift or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and strong sense of ownership.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Familiarity with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Background in inventory control, asset tracking, or materials management.
  • Experience handling technical equipment, computer hardware, networking equipment, or data center materials.
  • Experience working in a high-volume, rapidly growing, or technology-focused environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment.
  • Comfortable working in an active warehouse and data center environment.

Range: $60,000 - $85,000 annual salary (based on experience)

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
