• Assist the department supervisor with daily planning and guide direct staff members to complete Internet shipping mandates efficiently and on time
• Handle department demands, deadlines, administrative duties, troubleshooting and problem solving
• Ensure team members follow proper procedures and enforce good safety practices
• Achieve department productivity and quality goals
• Assist with training and follow-up of new team members
• Maintain cross-functional and interdepartmental communication
• Direct and oversee picking, sorting, packing and processing to meet customer deadlines
• Assist picking supervisors in navigating and prioritizing orders
• Monitor systems and emails to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards
• Secure and transfer cash or other assets
