DANA SAFETY SUPPLY, Miami, FL, is hiring a Warehouse Assistant to support shipping, receiving, and installation prep. This full-time role focuses on inventory control, data entry for receipts, and assisting with equipment installation and vehicle prep for customers.

Candidates should have warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and be able to obtain forklift certification. Lifting up to 75 lbs. and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers is required; experience with Microsoft Office is highly helpful.
• Must be able to be trained and certified on a forklift (or hold a current license).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
• A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are required for vehicle duties.
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform all shipping and receiving duties, including use of online software.
• Receive products and organize them for upcoming projects to maintain workflow.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control through consistent practices.
• Enter receipt data into the purchase order system and prepare bills of lading.
• Support installation team with vehicle prep and equipment installation.
• Keep warehouse and office areas clean and organized for customer visits.
