Job summary

Dana Safety Supply in Knoxville, TN has an immediate opening for a Warehouse / Production Assistant. You will handle shipping and receiving, maintain inventory, and assist with installation prep of emergency equipment.

The role is hourly, non-commission based, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend overtime for large projects. Proficiency with computers and MS Office is helpful. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read instructions and schematics.
• Automotive basic knowledge and mechanic comprehension helpful.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipping and receiving duties and maintain organized work areas.
• Maintain inventory control and secure inventory at all times.
• Assist with installation prep of emergency equipment and vehicle prep.
• Keep warehouse clean and support supervision during installations.
