Dana Safety Supply is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Assistant to join our installation team. This dual-role position is critical in supporting the daily activities of our Installation shop, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving while assisting in the preparation of emergency equipment for our customers. The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for maintaining inventory control, managing shipping and receiving duties, and supporting the installation team with vehicle prep and equipment installation. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hourly position.
Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
Proficiency with computers is required; experience with Microsoft Office is highly helpful.
Must be able to be trained and certified on a forklift (or hold a current license).
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and reaching.
A valid driver's license and a clear driving record are required, as duties include operating a company van.
Successful completion of pre-employment testing, including background checks, motor vehicle checks, and drug tests.
