Job summary

NEXT Door and Window is seeking a Warehouse & Installation Support Associate in Madison, WI. This hands-on role involves managing windows, doors, and materials in the warehouse, delivering to job sites, and supporting installation crews with field needs.

The ideal candidate is reliable, punctual, with a valid driver’s license, capable of lifting 50–100 lbs, and able to work with a team. Forklift experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay and a full-time schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials (50–100 lbs).
• Previous warehouse, construction, or material-handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and safely handle windows, doors, glass, and installation materials.
• Prepare and load materials for upcoming installation jobs.
• Deliver materials and products to job sites as needed.
• Assist installation crews with materials and job-site needs.
• Help with service calls and service-related items as needed.
• Load and unload company vehicles and delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Safely handle large, fragile, and oversized materials.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse, delivery, and operational duties as needed.
