Job summary

NEXT Door and Window in Madison, WI is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Installation Support Associate to keep operations running smoothly. You will manage windows, doors, and materials at the warehouse, deliver materials to job sites, and assist installation crews with field needs.

This hands-on role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50–100 lbs, and a team-oriented attitude. The position offers a full-time Mon-Fri schedule with occasional Saturdays, and benefits begin after 60

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs safely.
• Experience in warehouse/material handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, organize, and safely handle windows, doors, glass, and installation materials.
• Prepare and load materials for upcoming installation jobs.
• Deliver materials and products to job sites as needed.
• Assist installation crews with materials and job-site needs.
• Help with service calls and service-related items as needed.
• Load and unload company vehicles and delivery trucks.
• Maintain accurate inventory and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
• Safely handle large, fragile, and oversized materials.
• Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse, delivery, and operational duties as needed.
