Job summary

10 BTI Solutions, Inc. is seeking a logistics project professional to manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects on site in California.

You will develop timelines, budgets, and resource plans while guiding onsite teams on new processes and SOPs. You will collaborate with operations, IT, engineering, and vendors to ensure project success, analyze performance data for risks, and identify efficiency improvements in layouts and workflows across US sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience in service logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS)
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation
• Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration
• Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the US

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Provide standard operating procedures and guidance to onsite warehouse teams
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive project success
• Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Analyze current warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies
• Communicate project updates and recommendations to leadership
