Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Prior order selecting experience preferred.
• Ability to operate RF units and lift 10–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes pick sheets to determine picking needs.
• Checks inventory information in the computer system to aid in completion.
• Picks individual cases (10-50 lbs.) 20% and full pallets 80% with RF unit technology.
• Places items on a pallet ensuring product integrity, stability and safety.
• Picks/stacks Allergen product properly per SOP/SQF.
• Stacks and wraps pallets to reach the end customer.
• Stages completed pallets at assigned dock doors for shipment.
• Loads finished pallets on designated trailers.
• Ensures outbound orders are picked/shipped complete and in rotation.
• Maintains accuracy in empty bin locating, leveling, and pallet placement.
• Audits accuracy daily/monthly and ensures performance targets.
• Utilizes JD Edwards Enterprise One and RF unit technology for order selecting.
• Operates powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Works with shift leads on staging product for loading efficiency.
• Maintains a clean, neat, orderly work area.
• Performs other duties as needed by Warehouse Management.
