Job summary

Renaissance Repair & Supply in Flower Mound, TX seeks a Warehouse Level I to join our warehouse team. You will perform general duties, maintain a safe environment, assist in loading/unloading, and prepare outbound shipments following QA standards.

The role requires high school or equivalent and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong English communication, basic Excel skills, and the ability to follow SOPs in a fast-paced setting. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Read, understand, and carry out written instructions.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with high accuracy.
• Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT.
• Forklift experience asset.
• ISO 9001 working environment asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse duties with direction from supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Safely assist in loading/unloading of transport vehicles.
• Properly pick and pack items according to company standards.
• Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards.
• Transact and process material in the Warehouse system.
• Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOLs, per procedures.
• Inspect inbound shipments for non-conformances (damage, missing parts, mismatches).
• Utilize courier/freight software (e.g., FedEx Ship Manager).
• Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup.
• Maintain adherence to company conduct policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Overall Requirements:

Our Operations Department is looking for a Warehouse Level I to work with our Warehouse team. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties in a timely manner with direction from supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment
• Safely assist in the loading and unloading of transport vehicles
• Properly pick and pack items according to company standards
• Prepare outbound shipments according to QA standards
• Transact and process material in the Warehouse system
• Physically receive and document inbound shipments using BOL’s, in accordance with established process and procedures
• Inspect and report non‑conformances on inbound shipments (physical damage, missing parts, part/serial number mismatches)
• Utilize courier/freight forwarder software (i.e. FedEx Ship Manager)
• Prepare and organize orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule
• Maintain strict adherence to company personal conduct policies
• Perform other job‑related duties as required

Education & Experience:

• High School or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Additional Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills
• Read, understand, and carry out written instructions
• Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to perform routine, repetitive transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to complete assigned tasks within the defined SOP
• Adaptive to workload peaks and need for OT
• Able to regularly lift and/or safely lift and handle heavy loads, both manually and with devices
• Basic Advance Pro (AP) knowledge considered an asset
• Forklift experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 working environment considered an asset
