Job summary

MYR Group is seeking a Warehouseman I to support daily warehouse operations including loading, unloading, stocking and inventory control for our Midland, TX facility. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of warehouse experience; electrical experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, sort, pick, stock, stage, fabricate and transport materials.
• Load/unload materials to/from storage areas or vehicles.
• Maintain inventories and keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Receive and fill orders; drive company vehicles for deliveries.
• Maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Complete tasks such as loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging, fabrication and transportation of materials
• Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles
• Complete and maintain inventories
• Maintain condition of work area (i.e. free of trash, product in correct location, etc.)
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Receive and fill orders
• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver material
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
• Understand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications

• Salary
  • Commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
