Position: Warehouse Helper & Driver

Location: Coppell, TX (fully on-site)

Starting Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay Schedule: bi-weekly

Responsibilities

• Operate a truck/van to deliver orders to customer facilities
• Create and maintain a safe, organized workspace
• Review shipping documents and update inventory
• Package products and review outgoing shipments
• Inspect inventory and report discrepancies
• Assist with machine setup
• Communicate effectively with teammates
• Load/unload packages and operate forklifts
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional communication skills
• Team player with flexibility in hours
• Clean driving record

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing industry knowledge preferred

Physical Demands

• Lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
• Stand/walk up to 8 hours
• Twist/bend for up to 4 hours
• Operate lifts
• Work under deadlines
