Overview

The Distribution Driver Helper assists delivery drivers with route delivery functions.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Deliver products as invoiced to licensed retailers.
2. Check-in invoiced orders with customers courteously.
3. Collect and return payments as required.
4. Account for all delivered and returned merchandise invoices.
5. Collect empty boxes for redelivery as needed.
6. Complete delivery logs as required.
7. Follow check-in procedures daily.
8. Attend monthly safety meetings.
9. Take safety courses and other classes as needed.
10. Report all moving violations to management.
11. Drive equipment professionally and safely within licensing requirements.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience.
• Must obtain Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License.
• Experience in a warehousing environment.

Physical Demands

• Physical activity includes sitting, typing, walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• May require lifting up to 45 lbs occasionally.
