Job summary

A Durer, Inc. in Morgantown, WV is hiring a Warehouse Helper and Driver to assist in stocking and organizing the warehouse and delivering equipment to local job sites. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to complete these tasks.

Primary duties include safely operating company vehicles, loading and unloading freight, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse. The role requires a WV Class D license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and flexibility to work outdoors.

Qualifications

• A valid West Virginia Class D driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs. or more) and stand outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Forklift certification or willingness to be trained; basic computer and/or smartphone literacy for tracking inventory and orders.
• Ability to strap/ secure loads and properly connect and maneuver tow-behind trailers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport HVAC units, plumbing materials, parts, and tools to active commercial job sites. Pick up unused material or demolished equipment and return it to ADI’s warehouse or local scrap facilities for disposal.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks to organize stock. Inspect incoming shipments and match parts against packing slips or purchase orders.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines. Perform routine safety checks on delivery vehicles and material handling equipment.

Position Summary: A Durer Inc is hiring a warehouse helper and driver to assist in stocking and organizing our warehouse and delivering equipment to local job sites. This individual will work under the direction of our Warehouse Manager to complete these tasks.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Job Type: Full-time
