Job summary

ASC Machine Tools, Inc. in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an organized warehouse associate for full-time/part-time roles. The position involves receiving and recording parts, pulling and staging inventory, and delivering parts across departments with a forklift or hand truck.

You will ensure accuracy and protect parts from damage in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills (including Excel), and 1–2 years of warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency required.
• Basic computer skills including Excel.
• Ability to sit, lift, bend, twist, stand, and walk.
• 1–2 years warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and keep records on incoming completed internal manufactured parts.
• Receive, verify and record incoming parts; notify department of received parts; pull, stage and deliver parts for jobs as detailed on Production Control Pull Sheet.
• Examine contents and compare with traveler to verify accuracy of incoming parts.
• Deliver or route parts to bin location, job box or department using hand truck or forklift.
• Daily pull, stage and deliver parts for all departments based on the Production Control Pull Sheet or as requested by the Department Foreman.
• Keep warehouse organized and ensure protection of parts from damage during receiving, pulling, staging, boxing and delivering.

• Duties include receiving, verifying and recording incoming manufactured parts. Notify department of parts received or stock parts in appropriate location. Pull, stage and deliver all parts required for jobs as detailed on Production Control Pull Sheet.


• Examine contents and compare with traveler to verify accuracy of incoming manufactured parts.


• Deliver or route manufactured parts to bin location, job box or department, using hand truck or forklift.


• Daily, pull, stage and deliver parts for all departments based on Production Control Pull Sheet or as requested by Departmental Foreman.


• Determine effective staging, palletizing, etc. Keep warehouse organized. Complete any other duties assigned by the Production/Inventory Manager.


• Every morning review at least 3 parts returned from Assembly and place part in appropriate warehouse.


• Take appropriate measures to ensure protection of parts from damage when receiving, pulling, staging, boxing and delivering.

QualificationsQualification
