Job summary

DO & CO group in New York is seeking a dynamic Warehouse Helper to support airline catering operations. You will receive and verify deliveries, assist with inventories, and organize requisitions while loading, unloading, and maintaining stock rotation. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass airport security clearance and obtain TSA/US Customs ID badge per location.
• Experience operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Able to lift and carry heavy loads; physically demanding.
• Flexible to work different shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify airline deliveries against invoices and delivery orders.
• Assist with monthly inventories; monitor stock levels and report shortages or deviations to supervisor.
• Organize airline job requisitions as instructed by warehouse management.
• Load and unload designated vehicles and perform other operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
• Keep products separated, organized, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow storage and warehousing guidelines; prepare flight equipment/beverages for drivers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and verify local airline deliveries, ensuring items match invoices and delivery orders.
• Assist with monthly inventories, monitor stock levels, and report material shortages, excesses, or deviations to the supervisor.
• Organize airline job requisitions as instructed by warehouse management.
• Load and unload designated vehicles and perform other operational tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
• Keep products separated, organized, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Follow company guidelines for storage and warehousing.
• Ensure timely preparation of flight equipment and beverages for drivers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• All airport-related positions require applicants to successfully complete the mandatory airport security clearance process for their assigned location. This includes meeting all TSA and U.S. Customs requirements, as outlined in 49 CFR §1542.209, and obtaining the appropriate airport-issued identification badge (e.g., SIDA, AOA, or equivalent), in accordance with local airport authority regulations.
• Proficient in operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong ability to manage a heavy workload and handle physical demands, including lifting, and carrying.
• Proactive and highly organized.
• Capable of working independently and within a team.
• Excellent time management to meet strict deadlines.
• Skilled in multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work long hours on foot and in environments with varying temperatures.
• Flexibility to work different shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) based on business needs.
