Job summary

Salary is paid hourly with a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 4:30pm EST. The position is based at 800 Ships Landing Way, New Castle, DE 19720, and includes health insurance, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in daily activities and assign tasks.
• Promote safe work practices and maintain quality standards.
• Organize loading/unloading and move materials as required.
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging and packing of goods.
