Job summary

Dal-Tile, a leading tile and natural stone manufacturer in the United States, is seeking a dynamic Group Leader to supervise warehouse associates responsible for shipping, receiving, and related tasks. You will oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, safe processes.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of logistics/distribution experience. You’ll train staff, assign work, monitor equipment, and uphold safety standards while supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years in logistics/distribution experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse associates in shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, packing and putaway.
• Provide direction and assign daily work to meet schedules and production goals.
• Train new employees and mentor staff on processes and safety procedures.
• Monitor equipment and processes and report problems to supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.
