Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 or more years logistics/distribution experience.
• Good oral and written communications skills. Good record keeping skills. Good listening skills. Accurate measurement capability. Ability to understand and speak basic English.

Responsibilities

• Leads warehouse associates involved in shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing and ensures function is operating efficiently.
• Provides direction to warehouse associates and assigns work to meet daily schedules and production goals.
• Trains new employees and provides guidance to warehouse staff.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating and safety procedures and keeps area safe and organized.
• Performs related duties as required.
