Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Group Lead to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates. You will train new hires, maintain accurate records, review documents for accuracy, monitor performance, and ensure safety. Role requires strong leadership, communication, and attention to detail.

Shift is Monday–Friday 2p–10p. Pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying orders received and shipped.
• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Monitor associates' progress and performance.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate procedures to associates.
• Ensure proper disposition of defective or damaged product.
