Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Lead to manage daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee training, record-keeping, performance monitoring, and safety reporting while ensuring accurate inventory and adherence to procedures.

The role requires at least 6 months of leadership experience in a warehouse setting, strong communication, and attention to detail. Shift is Monday–Friday, 2pm–10pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse teams is required.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying orders received and shipped.
• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Assist with physical inventories and monitor progress.
• Proactively report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Communicate procedures and methods to associates.
• Ensure proper disposition of damaged product.
