Job summary

Lineage Logistics in Richland, WA is seeking a warehouse associate to move products and operate material handling equipment. You will read RF-driven work orders, pick and pack palletized items, and ensure safe, accurate shipping in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role offers a starting pay range of $19.00–$20.50 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits. This full-time position requires lifting up to 40 lbs and willingness to work a Monday–Friday shift in a temperature-controlled setting.

Qualifications

• Must identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions in the official language.
• Ability to work in cold or hot storage environments and wear PPE.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs/18 kgs.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks for placement into racks.
• Pick palletized units from racks for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and condition via RF system.
• Load/unload materials on/off pallets or lifting devices.
• Follow work orders to locate items and verify counts.
• Document damages and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, label, and verify pallets for shipping with RF scanning.
• Perform daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and manage equipment storage.
