Job summary

Lineage is hiring a General Warehouse Worker in Norfolk, VA to support daily operations in a fast-paced facility. You will use RF scanners, operate forklift equipment, and follow safety standards while handling pallets and freight. The role emphasizes accuracy, physical endurance, and reliability.

Shifts run Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM with a pay rate around $19.85 per hour. On-the-job training and opportunities for growth are provided as you contribute to timely, accurate order

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading and scanning pallet numbers.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg).
• Able to work in temperatures as low as -20 F/-25 C or up to 100 F/37 C.
• Good basic math and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate RF system to locate and record items.
• Move products on/off pallets using forklift.
• Follow work orders to locate items in the warehouse.
• Wrap pallets and prepare for shipping; seal and label as needed.
• Report damages and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.
