Job summary

Lineage is hiring a warehouse associate in Washington state. You will use equipment to move products, select and pack palletized items, and ensure accurate counts and secure pallet handling in cold and dry storage environments.

This role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, and flexibility to stay late if needed as business needs dictate. As a Teamsters Local 117 unionized site, Lineage emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Identify products by reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet IDs.
• Basic math skills for counts and quantities.
• Understand instructions in the country’s official language.
• Work in cold storage (-20°F/-25°C) or dry storage (up to 100°F/37°C) with PPE.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs (18 kg) as required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Comfortable with variable noise levels; environment can be loud.

Responsibilities

• Put away palletized units by lifting forks into racks above floor height.
• Pick palletized units from high rack locations for outbound shipment.
• Record materials, weight, counts, and item condition via RF system.
• Load and unload materials on/off pallets, skids, or lifting devices.
• Read and follow computerized work orders to locate items and quantities.
• Document and report damages and discrepancies to supervisors.
• Pack, seal, and label pallets for shipping using RF scanning to verify counts.
• Complete daily forklift maintenance/check sheet.
• Monitor battery charge and store equipment; may clean batteries as needed.
• Alert leaders to product issues and await directions to rectify.
• Help clean and organize the warehouse during or after shifts.
