Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management at a supervisory/manager level.
• Extensive use of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• P&L management experience or exposure to financial metrics.
• Strong numerical proficiency for reporting and analysis.
• Effective time management with clearly set objectives and priorities.
• Experience supervising a large team across multiple shifts.
• Background in workforce management and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations at the Warren, MI distribution center.
• Lead and coach staff to achieve customer targets and satisfaction.
• Review production targets and ensure timely achievement.
• Analyze performance reports and adjust plans accordingly.
• Schedule work, assign duties, and optimize workforce deployment.
• Motivate and develop team members to drive improvements.
• Maintain cost controls and meet the daily budget targets.
• Partner with customers for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
• Promote safety, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure targets are met consistently and handle disciplinary actions when needed.
