Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume Distribution Center in the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in warehouse logistics, a strong leadership background, and a hands-on approach. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, strategic financial management, and cross-functional collaboration while driving efficiency and safety. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Hands-on knowledge of Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day planning, organizing, and execution across Distribution Center operations.
• Manage and develop Area Managers and frontline leaders.
• Own site-level performance, including budget and operational targets.
• Drive cost optimization through Lean principles.
• Champion safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.
