Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands‑on tasks at the location to keep operations smooth and organized. You will move products, load trucks, assist with bulk loading, and stack pallets while following safety guidelines and providing strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak in English is required.
• Spanish language skills are considered valuable.
• Valid U.S. driver's license is required to drive Helena vehicles.
• Applicants for heavy equipment operation must meet legal age requirements.
• Successful completion of a drug test and background check is required for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Moves products within the facility and loads trucks.
• Assists the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks and hangs super sacks for loading.
• Stacks products on pallets and provides general maintenance support.
• Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• Operates a company vehicle if required and provides excellent internal/external customer service.
• Follows all company policies and procedures and maintains reliable attendance.
