Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to maintain organization and smooth operation at the Meredosia location. You will move products, load trucks, stack pallets, and assist with loading and maintenance tasks while ensuring safety and policy adherence.

The role requires English proficiency, and a forklift is preferred. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required, with opportunities to operate company vehicles and support diverse warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation preferred.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Spanish language is a valuable skill at Helena.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license is required and must meet all company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
• Applicants for positions involving moving vehicles or heavy equipment must meet legal age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hang super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general repair and maintenance assistance.
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• Possibly operate a company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain reliable, regular attendance and follow all policies.
