Job summary

Helena Agri-Enterprises, LLC is seeking a General Laborer to perform hands-on tasks at the location to keep operations smooth and organized. You will move products, load trucks, assist with bulk loading, and provide general support in a warehouse/outdoor setting.

Requirements include reading/writing/speaking English, a valid US driver''s license, and the ability to operate or learn heavy equipment. Drug tests and background checks are required for all positions.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation preferred.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Spanish language ability is a valuable skill for the team.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license is required and must meet company requirements to drive a Helena vehicle.
• Applicants for positions involving operation of vehicles or heavy equipment must meet legal age requirements.

Responsibilities

• Move products within the facility.
• Load trucks.
• Assist Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hang super sacks for loading.
• Stack products on pallets.
• Provide general maintenance support.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• Operate a company vehicle if required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintain reliable and regular attendance.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
