The role requires English literacy, a valid U.S. driver’s license, and the ability to operate a forklift is preferred; Spanish language skills are valued. This is a full-time, on-site position with safety-focused environment and opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is preferred.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Must meet legal age requirements for operating a vehicle or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Moves products within the facility.
• Loads trucks.
• Assists the Blender Operator in loading bulk trucks.
• Hangs super sacks for loading.
• Stacks products on pallets.
• Provides general maintenance support.
• Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping and washing surfaces.
• May operate a company vehicle.
• Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Maintains reliable and regular attendance.
