Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least six months of related warehouse experience required
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them (change batteries, recognize mechanical issues)
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and work instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into warehouse management systems
• Work overtime as needed
• Ability to build professional relationships across all organizational levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility and self-drive to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking, organization, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up practices

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure accurate scanning, and assist in training dock employees
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for damage
• Follow policies and procedures for handling materials
• Perform material moves and related transactions
• Participate in team activities for continuous improvement
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
