Job description

We are hiring Warehouse Associates to join our PERRIS DISTRIBUTION TEAM for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) M-F. NEW COMPETITIVE RATES!

Starting Pay: $22.00 per hour, including $19.50 base pay plus $2.50 second shift differential

Additional incentives include:

1. Monthly incentives of up to $5.50 per direct labor hour worked
2. Great weekday M-F schedule, with occasional weekend work as needed

Responsibilities

• Safely operate manual and powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift reach trucks, dock stockers, and EPJs to complete shipping and merging tasks
• Accurately merge, package, and prepare products for shipment
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies
• Communicate effectively with team members and display teamwork
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety
• Utilize handheld RF units, scanners, and voice devices
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Sort, label, and store products safely
• Participate in meetings and communicate concerns to management
• Adhere to OSHA standards and company policies
