Warehouse Associate - Full-time Day Shift - $18-$19

TORCHSTAR CORP is a leading distributor in the lighting industry and provides comprehensive illumination solutions across the U.S. Established in 2009 and headquartered in Los Angeles, the company serves over 8 million customers through a wide range of professional lighting products.

Our Eastvale location is seeking Warehouse Associates. The role involves operating forklifts, pulling and packing orders, receiving shipments, managing inventory, and processing freight in a fast-paced distribution environment, following warehouse safety guidelines. The scheduled shift is Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 a.m.

This position is labor-intensive and requires cross-training for various responsibilities listed below.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently move and organize products within the warehouse
• Pick and pull customer orders
• Process items including unboxing, taping, labeling, packaging, and palletizing
• Load and unload containers and trailers manually
• Receive shipments, perform cycle counts, and organize inventory
• Manage inventory transfers, consolidations, and audits
• Wrap pallets for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Inspect forklifts and equipment, report issues
• Accurately complete inventory paperwork
• Pack customer orders and prepare shipments
• Classify items appropriately
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (required)
• Forklift, Reach Truck, and Cherry Picker experience (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, labor-intensive environment
• High school diploma
• Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
• High attention to detail
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime
