Ryder is immediately hiring a Permanent Full Time Warehouse Associate in Chambersburg, PA. The role offers an hourly pay of $19.50 with a $1.00 shift differential, in a safety-first environment equipped with modern gear.

Responsibilities include packing orders, loading/unloading trailers, and operating various warehouse equipment. Full-time roles come with medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks).
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit, and assemble orders.
• Load/unload inbound/outbound trailers and ensure scanning accuracy.
• Perform picking/packing duties and housekeeping in assigned area.
• Support training of dock employees on new procedures and safety practices.
