Winston Flowers seeks a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in Boston. You will receive, organize, and prepare products for distribution, ensuring accurate fulfillment for retail locations and clients.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or inventory experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Flexible Tue–Sat schedule and peak-period longer days are expected.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, or related roles preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Ability to lift and move products and supplies, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments, verifying quantities and reporting discrepancies or damaged items.
• Keep warehouse storage areas organized, clean, and accessible.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to retail locations, clients, and other company locations.
• Assist with preparing materials, supplies, and products for daily operations and special events.
• Load and unload deliveries, ensuring products and supplies are handled safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with regular inventory counts.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to the appropriate team members.
• Follow company procedures for product handling, workplace safety, and equipment use.
• Performs other duties as needed.
