Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a warehouse associate to accurately pick, pack, and ship products while meeting quality and efficiency goals. You will support shipments and report quality concerns, maintain 5S standards, and operate PIT equipment safely in a hands-on environment.

The role requires basic math, clear communication, and the ability to read work instructions. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with safety training and PPE compliance expected.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate math.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to read/work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picks, packs, and ships product meeting productivity and quality goals.
• Supports shipment of products produced or destined for sale to customers.
• Reports quality concerns to supervisor or team leader.
• Maintains 5S cleanliness and organization.
• Operates PIT equipment safely.
• Attends safety training and wears PPE as required.
• Solves problems within own area.
• Completes daily PIT safety checks.
