Job summary

Cencora is seeking a full-time Distribution Associate to support AmerisourceBergen operations in the US. The role involves order fulfillment, cycle counting, and product verification in a climate-controlled environment. Overtime is possible, with Sunday and weekday evening shifts.

Starting pay is $21.50 per hour, with potential to earn up to $27.07 as part of incentives and bonuses, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus. High school diploma required; RF scanning experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to work in climate-controlled facility.
Able to read and understand English.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet distribution standards.
Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.
Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
Perform daily cycle counting and research discrepancies.
Use equipment to track, verify and monitor products for distribution.
Maintain a clean work area to ensure product integrity and safety.
Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies.
