HornerXpress First Coast, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support efficient warehouse operations, pulling, preparing, staging, loading and unloading orders.

You will work closely with drivers, counter personnel and customers to ensure timely fulfillment while maintaining a safe warehouse environment. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs, basic math, and a team-based attitude; forklift experience and 2 years in warehousing are a plus.

• Pull orders quickly and accurately based on delivery schedule
• Safely load and unload trucks and assist customers with loading products
• Inventory: count, organize, and replenish stock; inspect quality
• Keep aisles clean and safe; sweep floors daily
• Operate forklift and pallet jack; report issues to supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned
