Ryder System, Inc. is hiring Warehouse Associates in Smyrna, TN to support US distribution. Positions offer weekly pay, with hourly rates around $20.25 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).

Responsibilities include packing, loading, scanning, and maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have warehouse experience and be able to operate forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks and related equipment.
• May operate manual/automated other warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers and scan items.
• Train dock staff on new procedures and maintain security.
• Perform picking, packing, and verify damage evidence.
• Move materials and perform related transactional tasks.
