Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Etna, OH is hiring permanent full-time Warehouse Associates to support a safe, state-of-the-art supply chain operation. Earn $17.00 per hour with weekly pay and on-the-job training.

This role includes loading/unloading, picking, forklift operation, and use of the WMS system. Requires HS diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of related warehouse experience required.
• One year or more related warehouse experience preferred.
• Operate powered industrial trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; ensure scanning is correct.
• Perform picking and packing duties and monitor for damage.
• Handle materials within standard transactions and maintain clean, organized areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
